1. Who runs Schemaestro

Schemaestro is run by A2UI Catalog, an independent project (a2uicatalog.ai). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Anthropic or OpenAI. Contact: support.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover the hosted service: schemaestro.com, its MCP server at schemaestro.com/mcp, the design, edit and export pages, and the Schemaestro Android app. By using the service, including through an AI assistant that calls it on your behalf, you agree to them.

3. Free, and provided as is

The service is free. We may change it, limit it, or stop it at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that it will be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

4. Your content and your designs

You keep all rights to the words, numbers and choices you send. We use them only to build the design you asked for and hand it back; we do not keep them. A design travels inside its link, so anyone you share the link with can see it. You are responsible for what you put in a design and for having the right to use it, including names, logos, quotations and images. Schemaestro lays out your words; it does not check facts, figures or rights. The designs you make are yours to use.

5. How designs are made

Designs are built by code from templates and typed design schemas. No image-generation model is involved. The AI assistant you use to call Schemaestro is a separate service with its own terms, and the words it writes for you are its output, not ours.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Schemaestro to break the law or infringe anyone's rights; to create designs meant to deceive, such as a page that imitates another organisation to collect passwords or payments; to harass, threaten or harm others; or to overload, probe or attack the service or get around its limits. We may block access that breaks these rules.

7. Third-party services

Schemaestro runs on Cloudflare. Your AI assistant, your device and your browser are provided by others, under their own terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, and the competent French courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
